Distance

Horizon Moving uses clear quotes only. This means your quote is locked in when you book — it does not change based on how long the move takes. No surprises, no overtime charges, no stress. You know exactly what you're paying before we start.
Is there a deposit required to book?
We may require a small deposit to secure your booking date, particularly during peak season. The balance is due on moving day. We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash, and credit card. Call us to confirm the current booking policy.
What happens if my move takes longer than expected?
Because we charge clear quotes, your quote does not increase even if the move takes longer. We plan our quotes carefully to account for the full scope of your move. If something unexpected arises, we handle it — at no extra quote to you.
Can I get a firm written quote?
Yes. After you contact us with details about your move, we provide a written clear quote. Call (780) 531-1919 or fill in our online form and we'll respond quickly with a firm number.
Do you charge extra for stairs or elevator waits?
Not with our upfront model. When you describe your move to us (including access conditions like stairs, no elevator, long walks), we factor that into our quote. What we quote is what you pay.
